Privacy Policy

By using the website (hereinafter: the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and that these terms will apply to any use of personal information you provide. If you do not agree to this policy, please refrain from using the Site.

At any time, the user may request to be removed from the mailing list by sending a removal notice to the Company, and the Company will stop sending advertising messages within seven (7) business days from the date of receipt of the request.
Use of Cookies and Measurement Tools
The Site may use Cookies and similar technologies for the purpose of ongoing operation, measurement and analysis of Site usage. Statistical information collected through Cookies is used to analyze and improve Site activity and the user experience, in accordance with the purposes of use detailed in Section 3 above.
The website uses, among others, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel or TikTok Pixel. These tools may collect statistical information about how the website is used, such as pages viewed, duration of visit and source of arrival to the website. The information may also be collected and processed by third-party service providers in accordance with their privacy policies, and the website is not responsible for their use of the information.
The user can manage or block Cookies through browser settings, however blocking may impair the experience of using the site.
Information processing and storage
In accordance with the law, we inform users that:

It is clarified that content that is included on the site by the user (for example, comments, images or ideas) may be visible to all users, and the company may use them in accordance with the site's regulations and this policy. Content that includes personal information will be considered part of the information voluntarily provided by the user.

In the event of a material information security incident, we will act in accordance with the provisions of the law and notify users and the Privacy Protection Authority as necessary.
User rights
In accordance with the law, every user has the right to contact us and request:

Delete information that is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected.
If the information is used for the purpose of personally contacting the user via direct mail, the user may request in writing that the information used for this purpose only be deleted. The company will delete the information necessary for such contact, but will retain information necessary to conduct its business in accordance with the provisions of the law.
A request to exercise rights will be made to the email address that appears inSection 12 of this Policy (Contacting).
Saving and deleting information
Personal information will be retained in the company's databases for the period of time necessary to provide the services, manage the relationship with the user, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal obligations, and for marketing activities (such as newsletters and promotional mailings) to the extent that express consent has been given.
The information will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for these purposes, subject to the provisions of the law.
A user may at any time request the deletion of information in accordance with the provisions of the law, including removal from the mailing list as detailed inSection 4 above.
Policy changes
The website operators may change and update the privacy policy from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the website at the time of use. In the event of a material change to the policy, the company will publish an appropriate notice on the website.
